CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP FALLS PREY TO THE
WEATHER
Unfortunately, the appalling weather brought
the Club Championship to a premature end. The competition has been
cancelled, and will be replayed on August 1st and 2nd.
The entry sheet for the revised date will be on the Club board from July 1st.

STADDON BECOME COUNTY TEAM CHAMPIONS
Wes Dawkins (149), Andy Place (148) and
Tim Aggett (155) received the Trophy from Devon County President Geoff
Rogers at East Devon GC on Sunday 17th May, having returned a
team score of 462 to beat the Home Club by 4 shots. The trio will now
represent Staddon and Devon in the English Champion Club event at North
Hants GC in September.
